The Target List Builder eliminates this complexity with three ways to build your target list:
- Leverage the global audience module which showcases all attendees from all your past events
- Pull contacts from specific past event databases
- Upload a custom CSV with just first name and email
The real magic happens after list creation. Imagine knowing the moment a key prospect from your target list registers or enters the event. With built in check-in notifications, you'll never miss a critical connection.
Creating a target list isn't just about tracking, it's about communication too. EventHQ now lets you send marketing emailers directly to your specific target lists. Want to send a personalized invitation to past VIP attendees? Create a target list and craft a tailored email campaign. Targeting sponsors from your last conference? Build a list and reach out with precision. Each target list becomes a powerful marketing channel.
How does it work?
For Event Hosts: Navigate to the Target List module within your event dashboard. Click on 'Create' to start building your list and name your list. You'll have two powerful options:
- Build using audience & past events: Tap into your history of attendees
- Add contacts by uploading a CSV: Quickly import your custom contact list
For Sponsors: Once the host grants access to the sponsor portal, sponsors can:
- Log in to their dedicated portal
- Create target lists from the confirmed attendees list
