EventHQ's Session Feedback & NPS feature solves this by providing customizable feedback forms that can be triggered automatically at optimal moments during the event lifecycle. The system collects, organizes, and presents feedback in actionable formats, making it easy to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

How does it work?
Organizers can create custom feedback forms through the Global Forms module that are reusable across all events. These forms can be implemented at both the event and session levels.
Activation is simple - navigate to the event's overview page, scroll to the NPS form section, and toggle it on for events and/or sessions. Choose when feedback should be triggered: when sessions end, 10 minutes before ending, or at a scheduled time. Forms can also be shared directly via link.
Speakers can view session-specific feedback on their speaker portal, while organizers can access session feedback in the agenda module and event-level insights in the analytics section.
